Clare Dunphy Hemani is an internationally recognized Pilates teacher and educator. She holds certifications through The Pilates Guild, PMA, and ACE. She began her Pilates studies under Romana Kryzanowska in 1995 and has since studied with several other teachers, and opened her own studio Progressive Bodyworks.
